Sleeping berths and seats intended for travel are different counts. Check both for your whole group. If you are travelling with children, ask whether child seats can be fitted in the camper you choose.

Look at the sleeping layout and how beds are made up. Space that looks sufficient in a photo can matter when you put away a table or luggage every day.

Note the vehicle's height and length before planning car parks, garages or a ferry crossing. Check the licence category required for the specific vehicle and any restrictions in the rental terms.

Include travel to the first campsite and back to the partner. Make sure included mileage, excess charges and travel outside Croatia are clear before confirming.

Check bedding, cooking utensils, bathroom facilities and electric hookup equipment. Ask how water, heating and battery charging work in the model you choose.

A camper booking does not automatically include a campsite pitch. Check the chosen campsite's terms, access and opening dates. Croatia's official tourism portal has a campsite directory.

Allow time for a vehicle walkthrough and equipment instructions. Record existing damage and how to report a problem during the trip.

Before return, check the requirements for fuel, tanks and cleaning. Compare them with included services so the rental quote is not the only cost you plan for.
