Before accepting paid bookings, partners complete business verification and set up payment details. The partner identified on the listing is responsible for the rental, its terms, and handover.

Before confirmation, availability is checked against the partner's calendar, working hours, and periods when the vehicle or equipment is unavailable.

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation in Enzzo for the selected slot. If payment is not completed in time, the slot is released. Check the status in your booking overview.
