With or without a skipper
Check whether a skipper is included and how the service is charged. If you intend to operate the boat yourself, confirm the qualifications required for that vessel and operating area before booking.
MMPI publishes nautical information and recognised certificates. Do not assume one licence covers every boat. The skippered or bareboat guide explains what to check.
Fuel, mooring and included items
Ask how fuel is handled: included, charged by consumption or under another rule. Check mooring fees, final cleaning and any equipment you need. The base rate may not cover the full trip cost.
Read deposit and insurance terms. The deposit amount and liability for damage are separate matters.
Check the forecast before departure
DHMZ provides marine forecasts with wind and gust information for the Adriatic. Check the forecast for your trip area and follow the skipper's decision or the partner's departure instructions.
Before booking, ask what happens if weather prevents the trip. Partners may have different refund or rescheduling terms.

Is a few hours the same as a daily rental?
Duration and billing units depend on the listing. Short rentals may not be offered for every boat. Enter start and end times, check the minimum duration and compare the calculation for the available rates.
Can I choose hourly or daily rental?
Only when the particular listing offers both rates. After choosing dates, check the billing unit, minimum duration and authoritative price calculation.
When do I receive the exact pickup location?
Before a confirmed booking, only an approximate pickup area is shown. The exact address and handover instructions belong to the confirmed booking.
Where can I check deposits and cancellation?
Read the particular listing’s terms before booking. If deposit, insurance or cancellation information is missing, ask for clarification; do not assume that another partner’s rules apply.
